Effect of Tespa1 on acetylcholine-induced airway hyperresponsiveness (AHR) in asthmatic mice. Airway resistance measurements were performed using a FinePointe RC system. The mice were challenged with aerosolized PBS (baseline) before treatment with acetylcholine at the following ascending doses: 0, 1, 2, 4, 8, and 16 mg/mL. KO: Tespa1−/− mice; WT: wild-type mice. The data are expressed as mean ± SD (n = 9 per group). **P < 0.01 compared with the WT control group; #P < 0.05 compared with the WT model group; ##P < 0.01 compared with the WT model group. $$P < 0.01 compared with the KO control group
