Tumor microenvironment. Immunofluorescence was done on 4 µM slides stained with mAbs as stated in the material and methods section. Cell nuclei were stained with DAPI. Representative images are given showing either GIT in which treatment failed (left panel) or, as in the case of A7450 T1 M1, treatment succeeded. Differences in leukocytic infiltration are evident.
