The bottom heatmap shows patterns of abundance for the same six modules, but at the individual gene level. The line graphs on the right show changes in abundance for three transcripts from the “therapeutic relevance panel” in three Covid-19 patients profiled by Ong et al. using a generic Nanostring immune set comprising 594 transcripts
