Effect of IL-24 treatment on the proliferation of pdMFs. Cell proliferation and cytotoxicity was investigated by MTT (a) and LDH (b) assays (n = 5). Results are presented as the percentage of the untreated group (0 ng/mL IL-24 control). The mRNA expression of PCNA (c), KI67 (d), CDKN1A (e), and TP53 (f) was determined by real-time RT-PCR (n = 5) in comparison with RPLP0 as internal control.
