Differential genes that affect prognosis in different sites of CRC. The log-rank test and K-M survival analysis were used to analyze the relationship between the prognosis and the differential genes in different sites of CRC. The results showed nine genes, including C19orf12, SLC44A3, AP3M1, LYST, PMM2, MYL12A, SRGAP2, GPR143, and CTD-2201E18.3 were related to the prognosis of CRC (p-value < 0.05).
