Cytokine secretion profiles for T-cells expanded in the Quantum system. Secretion of IFN-γ, IL-2 and TNF-α from cell populations pre-seeding (pre) and after harvest following restimulation (post) for T-cells expanded from PBMCs of 5 healthy donors.
