HDAC activity modulates macrophage cell shape and function. BMMP cells were grown in the presence of GM-CSF (A’) or GM-CSF + iHDAC (c’) for 13 days. At day 13 the iHDAC was added (B’) to or removed (D’) from the culture medium.
