miR-17 and miR-20a are associated with biochemical recurrence in TCGA dataset. Kaplan–Meier curves of time to biochemical recurrence (BCR) after radical prostatectomy. High miR-17 and miR-20a expression is associated with significantly lower BCR-free survival (268 tumours; miR-17, p = 0.01, miR-20a, p = 0.0005; logrank test). High miR-20b expression showed a trend towards lower BCR-free survival, however this did not reach significance (268 tumours; p = 0.18; logrank test)
