Dissolution kinetics of OZ439 when unencapsulated (green triangles) or encapsulated into nanoparticles via FNP and processed into a dry powder by lyophilization (blue diamonds) or spray drying (red squares). Spray dried NPs achieved up to 20-fold superior OZ439 solubilization compared to OZ439 mesylate powder in FaSSIF, and also outpaced lyophilized NPs by up to 1.3 times
