A clearly defined cluster is formed including all patients with a confirmed HCV-diagnosis: green cubes: confirmed and suspected HCV-infections diagnosed before 2014; blue cubes: confirmed HCV-infections diagnosed in 2014; blue–green cubes: confirmed and suspected HCV-infections diagnosed during the entire study period; brown cubes suspected HCV-infections. Red cubes represent patients without a confirmed or suspected HCV-infection. Of note, no confirmed HCV-infections are found outside the cluster
