NST-1s suppresses necrotic cell death by decreasing the expression of receptor-interacting serine/threonine-protein kinase (RIPK)1, RIPK3, and mixed lineage kinase domain-like (pMLKL). Synovial tissue from CIA-induced control and NST-1s treated mice were subjected to immunohistochemical staining RIPK1, RIPK3, and pMLKL.
