NST-1s decreases inflammatory cytokine expression, including interleukin (IL)-17, IL-1b, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α. The IHC results showed that NST-1s reduced collagen induced arthritis compared to the vehicle control. Inflammatory factors were downregulated.
