Necrostatin-1s (NST-1s) inhibits development of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) in the collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) mouse model. a Reduction in arthritis score and arthritis incidence in CIA mice treated with NST-1s. CIA mice were injected intraperitoneally (i.p.) with NST-1s (300 µg/kg) once daily for 14 weeks after CIA induction. b Representative results of the effects of NST-1s on RA development in CIA mice.
