Platelet aggregation after PD treatment. Human washed platelets were treated with different concentrations of PD (0, 1, 10, 20 μM) at 37 °C for 30 min followed by measuring platelet aggregation in response to collagen (2.5 μg/ml), ADP (5 μM), arachidonic acid (250 μg/ml) and epinephrine (75 μM) in a light transmittance aggregometry (mean ± SD, n = 4).
