Apoptosis assay results for doxorubicin treatment and miR-197 transfection in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma cell lines. Measurement of apoptotic cell proportions upon transfection of miR-197 in SUDHL9, an activated B cell-like diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (ABC DLBCL) cell line, revealed the induction of a significant chemosensitizing effect to 25 nM doxorubicin treatment as shown in the bar graph (a) and representative flow cytometry plot (b), whereas no significant difference was observed in OCI-LY1, a germinal center B-like DLBCL cell line, as shown in the bar graph (c) and representative flow cytometry plot (d)
