TUDCA and 4-PBA pretreatment attenuated I/R-induced ERS activation in renal tissues. TUDCA (300 mg/kg, 1 h) or 4-PBA (100 mg/kg, 1 h) pretreatment attenuated I/R (24 h)-induced GRP78, XBP1and CHOP expression increase in renal tissues.
