Treatment with periostin inhibits  suture-derived cell proliferation and migration. a The cell viabilities of suture-derived cells treated with periostin in different concentrations were measured with a CCK-8 assay at days 1, 3, 5, and 7. b, c The suture-derived cells were grown to a confluent monolayer, wounded by manual scratching with a sterile pipette tip, and subjected to further incubation with periostin.
