Gimatecan inhibits proliferation of human GC cells. a Gimatecan demonstrated inhibitory effects on SNU-1 and NCI-N87 cells, as well as irinotecan. SNU-1 and NCI-N87 cells were seeded in 96-well plates and incubated overnight in complete medium, followed by exposure to gimatecan (0–1 µM) or irinotecan (0–1 µM) for 48 h. The surviving cells were evaluated by CCK-8 assay. b Gimatecan inhibited proliferation of human GC cells in a dose and time dependent manner. SNU-1 and NCI-N87 cells were treated with gimatecan (0–1 µM) for 24, 48 and 72 h. All data were presented as mean ± SD of three independent experiments. *p < 0.05
