Xenograft developed with circulating tumor cells (eCTCs-CXCR4posCK20pos). Immunofluorescence analysis was performed using human monoclonal antibody direct against CK20 antigen. Images of liver derived from mice injected with eCTCs-CXCR4posCKpos segment isolated by localized (Loc) and advanced (Adv) colon cases, are reported. Moreover, immunofluorescence analysis for kidney, brain and bone marrow (BM) collected from mice injected with eCTCs-CXCR4posCKpos segment derived from localized colon cancer case, is shown.
