Erinacine A mediated and ER-associated proteins expression between untreated (control) and treated (MPP+) in N2a cells. a Nuclear and whole cell lysate proteins were prepared and analyzed by Immunoblotting, using antisera to detect Fas, Bax, p-JNK, p-p38,CHOP, NF-kB p65, p-IKB-b and IRE1a (b-actin and Histone H1 served as the internal control). The association of TRAF2 with IRE1-a was determined by immunoprecipitation with TRAF2 followed by western blot with anti-IRE1-a antibody. b Protein levels were quantified by densitometric analysis with the control being set at 100 %.
