ATS treatment differentially depletes T cells from spleen after 24 h in vitro. C57BL/6 splenocytes were cultured with 2 µl/ml ATS or rabbit serum and a the percentage of TCR-β+, CD4+, CD8+ and DN T cells were evaluated 24 h later by flow cytometry. The numbers in the left panels refer to the percentages of CD3+TCR-β+ cells in the total lymphocyte pool, the numbers in the right panels refer to the percentages of CD4+,CD8+ and DN T cells among the CD3+TCR-β+ lymphocytes.
