ATS treatment differentially depletes T cells from spleen after 24 h in vitro. C57BL/6 splenocytes were cultured with 2 µl/ml ATS or rabbit serum and a the percentage of TCR-β⁺, CD4⁺, CD8⁺ and DN T cells were evaluated 24 h later by flow cytometry. The numbers in the left panels refer to the percentages of CD3⁺TCR-β⁺ cells in the total lymphocyte pool, the numbers in the right panels refer to the percentages of CD4⁺,CD8⁺ and DN T cells among the CD3⁺TCR-β⁺ lymphocytes.
