Infused ERCs suppress inflammatory cell infiltration in kidneys in response to IRI. The neutrophil and T cell accumulations in the kidney were examined using anti-Ly6G and anti-CD3 staining respectively 48 h after reperfusion following 30 min-ischemia injury.
