Effects of GM-CSF and M-CSF exposure on cellular GGT expression. Monocytes isolated from fresh buffy coats were incubated for 6 days in complete medium in the presence of GM-CSF (50 ng/ml) or M-CSF (50 ng/ml) in order to induce the differentiation into M1-like or M2-like macrophages, respectively. a Data are ratioes between GGT activities determined after differentiation and activities present in initial monocytes.
