To stain CD271-MSCs closing the wound, culture medium was removed and replaced with 400 µL of Cell Stain Solution for each well. Then the cells were incubated for 15 min at room temperature. After aspiration of staining solution, the cells were washed 3 times with deionized water and then were allowed to dry at room temperature (scale bars = 200 µm)
