The real-time PCR analysis were normalized with U6 snRNA. b An increased expression pattern of Fra-1 in mRNA level was observed in DU145 and PC3 cells compared with RWPE-1 cells. c There were 29 pairs of tissue in tissue microarray, and three pairs of tissue were excluded from further semiquantitative analysis, since the corresponding tissue was lost during the staining process.
