Analysis of tumor-associated immune cells in peritoneal lavage from treated mice. Mice (6 mice per group) injected i.p. with 1 × 106 ID8 cells 10 day earlier were treated as described in Fig. 1a. Seven days after treatment commencement, peritoneal lavage from treated mice was analyzed by flow cytometry for the percentages and numbers of various subsets of TIC. The percentages and absolute numbers of CD4+FoxP3−, CD8+, CD4+FoxP3+ Treg and CD11b+GR-1+ MDSC in peritoneal lavage are shown in a, c, respectively.
