Neuroimaging and histopathological findings of original KCI-MENG1 tumor. MRI showed a well-circumscribed (a) homogeneously-enhancing (b, e, f) 3.7 × 3.7 × 2.6 cm olfactory groove meningioma with significant peritumoral vasogenic edema (c, d). H&E staining revealed neoplastic proliferation of moderately cellular meningothelial cells with several whorls and occasional psammoma bodies (g) consistent with a WHO grade I benign meningioma.
