Immunofluorescence analysis of epithelial markers, mesenchymal markers and cell motility-associated adhesion molecules in MHCC-LM3 cells compared with MHCC-LM3-(MRC-5)-CM. Green fluorescence represents staining of the corresponding protein; red fluorescence represents nuclear DNA staining by DAPI. Fluorescence images were captured using a confocal microscope (at 10 × 63 magnification).
