Expression of cancer-associated fibroblast related proteins according to the metastasis site. Stromal podoplanin, S100A4, and PDGFRα expression was elevated in bone metastasis, and stromal PDGFRβ expression was elevated in lung metastasis. In liver metastasis, stromal S100A4 and PDGFRα expression was reduced. Inlet figures show the expression of CAF related proteins in fibroblast.
