WJ-MSC doubling time similar between different lots. Passage 5 WJ-MSC were cultured in media supplemented with the indicated concentrations of XcytePLUS™ or Fetal Bovine/Calf Serum (FBS). Cell quantification was performed by manual counting, and doubling time was calculated as described in “Methods”. Average doublings per day for four lots using FBS, and different XcytePLUS™ concentrations, in two laboratories.
