Immunofluorescence was used to distinguish CAFs, NFs and OTSCC cells with antibodies that target α-SMA, fibronectin, and E-cadherin (a). Neither CAFs nor NFs grow or aggregate in matigel. Tca8113and CAL-27co-cultured with CAFs grow and aggregate better than that with NFs (b).
