Differential metabolites and metabolic enzymes involved in glucose metabolism. All these metabolites were compared among three groups in training set. Red-colored boxes indicate increased metabolites in schizophrenia or major depression subjects compared to healthy controls, while green-colored boxes indicate decreased metabolites; Red letters indicate upregulated metabolic enzymes in PBMCs of schizophrenia subjects as previous proteomic study reported [18].
