IRE1α and ATF6 pathways were not activated by anti-dsDNA antibodies in HMCs. HMCs were stimulated with anti-dsDNA antibodies for 24 h. a The expression of p-IRE1α and ATF6 were measured by western blot. b, c Semi-quantitative analysis showed no significant changes in the expression of p-IRE1α and ATF6. d The expression of CHOP was measured by western blot. e TG treatment significantly increased the expression of CHOP but no significant up-regulation of CHOP was found in MHCs stimulated with anti-dsDNA antibodies.
