Anti-dsDNA antibodies bind to HMC. a HMCs were incubated with anti-dsDNA antibodies or control IgG, washed and stained with FITC conjugated anti-human IgG, with or without Fc receptor blocking. Flow cytometry analysis showed that the binding of anti-dsDNA antibodies to HMCs was not inhibited by Fc receptor blocking. b HMCs were incubated with anti-dsDNA antibodies or control IgG, washed and stained with HRP-conjugated anti-human IgG, with or without Fc receptor blocking. The binding of anti-dsDNA antibodies to HMCs was measured by cellular ELISA. No significant decrease in binding was observed after Fc receptor blocking. All experiments were repeated for three times.
