  1. Activation marker re-expression and cytokine production in response to antigenic re-challenge was assessed in CMV-CTLs obtained from G-CSF mobilized (n = 3) and non-mobilized (n = 3) PBMCs after 21 day expansion in the presence of the peptide. Percentages were obtained from the CD3+ cell gate
