CMV-CTL production by prior stimulation, expansion, and subsequent isolation. CMV-CTL percentage in original PBMCs was increased by peptide stimulation and cells were expanded during 21 days in the presence of IL-15 and IL-7. Afterwards, CMV-CTL were isolated using ST.
