Microarray-based comparative genomic hybridization of the human tumor tissue, the three mice passages and the three cell line passages. Primary orthotopic osteosarcoma xenografts and all cell line passages are genomically stable when compared to the tumor in the patient. The mice tumors and the cell line passages showed similar and for osteosarcoma typical copy number aberrations.
