GLPS inhibited hepatoma growth in vivo . The hepatoma-bearing mice were treated with 0 mg/kg (group 1), 10 mg/kg (group 2), 50 mg/kg (group 3), 100 mg/kg (group 4) and 200 mg/kg (group 5) GLPS by i.p. injection. (A) Tumor sizes on each mouse were monitored 2 times per week.
