HOTTIP knockdown inhibits PDAC cell invasion and epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT). (A) MIA PaCa-2 and SW1990 cells were transduced with control shRNA or an shRNA against HOTTIP as indicated, and invasion assays were performed.
