TS attenuates JNK and p38 MAPKs activation in RANKL-induced RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were preincubated with the indicated concentrations of TS (0.1, 0.5 and 2.5 μg/mL) for 2 h, and then treated with 50 ng/mL RANKL for 30 min. Total protein was extracted and subjected to Western blot analysis (A). For phosphorylated proteins, the ratio of phosphorylated to total species was determined by densitometry and normalization to glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH) levels (B). One of three experiments with similar results is shown. Data are represented as the mean ± SD three independent experiments. ### P < 0.001 significantly different from control. **P < 0.01 and ***P < 0.001 significantly different from RANKL only group.
