TS abrogates expression of TRAF6 in RANKL-induced RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were pre-treated with RANKL (50 ng/mL), and cell lysates were collected at the time points indicated (A) and/or various concentrations of TS (0.1, 0.5 and 2.5 μg/mL) for 24 h. The harvested cells from triplicate tests were subjected to western blot analysis for TRAF6 (B). Relative amount of protein were determined by densitometric analysis. One of three experiments with similar results is shown.
