Tumor growth after therapeutic immunization. Mice were challenged with TC-1* cells and immunized twice at day 3 and 10 p.c. Immunization was performed with DNA/DNA (G1), DNA/FP (G2), and FP/FP (G3) recombinants expressing the E6F47R. The mice of group 4 were mock vaccinated. Tumor growth was monitored by visual inspection and palpation. Animals were euthanized when the tumors reached a 4-cm3 volume.
