C: immunoelectron microscopy images showed that PEDF (labeled with gold particles of 5 nm in diameter) and ATGL (labeled with gold particles of 10 nm in diameter) co-localized around the lipid droplet and that the spatial distance between PEDF and ATGL was less than 20 nm.
