SE in DNA fragmentation analysis represent the SE of % fragmentation within individual group, while, mean were changed accordingly with respect to 100% in Gr I. Gr I: Normal; Gr II: T2D control, Gr III: T2D + AA (100 mg/kg, p.o.); Gr IV: T2D + AA (200 mg/kg, p.o.); Gr V: T2D + glibenclamide (1 mg/kg, p.o.).
