Enforced expression of galectin-3 promoted HCC cell migration and metastatic capability. (A) Cell migration of HCC cells transfected with gal-siRNA and negative control was evaluated with transwell migration assays. HCC cells infected with gal-siRNA migrated less than cells infected with negative control. Representative images of migration cells are shown in the left panel and the results are summarized in the right panel.
