Responses of EGFR _875–889 -reactive CD4 ⁺ T cell clones to EGFR _875–889 peptide were attenuated by PGE2. EGFR_875–889-reactive CD4⁺ T cell clone M8 was tested for its capacity to recognize EGFR_875–889 peptide by using autologous PBMCs as APCs with or without PGE2 (1 μM) by quantification of IFN-γ production.
