Enhanced immunological memory following CD4 T cell depletion. Polychromatic flow cytometry was used to determine the proportion of CD8+ CD44+ CD62L- effector memory (TEM) T cells in spleen (Spln) and lymph nodes (LN) of the tumor rechallenged mice from Figure 2B.
