Expression of Sp1 in situ tumors of NPC patients. Sp1-positive cells were stained brown and present in the nuclei of tumor cells and some lymphocytes. Strong positive staining for Sp1 in NPC cells of the tumor region (T) was marked as red arrow (lower left panel), while negative or weak staining for Sp1 in NPEC of the adjacent non-tumor region (N) was indicated as white arrow (lower right panel).
