Acute coronary syndrome group composed of AMI (pink) and UAP (blue) is distinguishable according to the Principle Component 1. According to the Principle Component 2 the three PCA resolved groups of samples are composed of mutually resolved AMI and UAP samples, and of a group comprising SAP (violet) and control samples (yellow).
