The expansion of Tregs by DCs that were generated in CellGro or RPMI+5% human AB serum. DCs that were generated in CellGro or RPMI+5% human AB serum were activated using the tested maturation stimuli, pulsed with HLA-A2-restricted influenza MP and used as stimulators for the induction of antigen-specific T cells. The frequency of CD4⁺CD25⁺FoxP3⁺ cells was analyzed after 7 days of culture.
